BAADER: Webflow Enterprise Relaunch & Maintenance

Results speak Klar

Four previously separate websites for Fish, Poultry, BAADERING Technology, and Corporate have been consolidated into a single Webflow Enterprise project comprising around 630 English-language pages. Products, media, events, and trainings now live in shared, extended CMS structures that go well beyond Webflow's standard limits and are used across the entire group. With Webflow Enterprise, we leverage page branching for secure staging checks, custom roles for granular editor permissions, and selective publishing of individual pages. For four years, we have been maintaining and continuously developing the platform during live operations, so new sections, content, and features can be added without putting the live site at risk. The result is a consistent, scalable brand presence that the BAADER team maintains independently and in parallel with Klarkode.

BAADER Global SE, a leading international manufacturer of food processing machinery and systems headquartered in Lübeck, presented its Fish, Poultry, BAADERING Technology, and Corporate divisions on four isolated websites for years. Each site had its own structure, its own maintenance processes, and its own look, which made the brand presence inconsistent and forced visitors to switch between sites to see the full range of solutions. For the internal team, this meant high maintenance effort: content was managed multiple times, changes had to be replicated in several places, and as the variety of products, media, and events grew, so did the risk of errors and inconsistencies. BAADER required a consistent, scalable platform that bundles all solutions and services in one central location and makes maintenance noticeably easier, without putting live operations at risk as content volume and the number of teams working in parallel continued to grow.

Does this sound familiar?

From frustration to a solution that just works.

These are the most common reasons companies come to us—and how we solve them.

Problem 01

Four separate websites with their own structures and processes mean high maintenance effort, duplicated work for every change, and an inconsistent brand presence that forces visitors to switch between divisions to get an overview of the full portfolio.

Solution 01

A Webflow Enterprise platform centralizes all corporate divisions in one project with a unified CMS structure. Content is maintained in a single place, the presence is consistent across all divisions, and the team permanently saves time on maintenance and further development.

Problem 02

New products, media, and events need to go live continuously without unfinished content disrupting the stable live operation of the corporate website or errors only becoming visible after publication.

Lösung 02

Page branching enables secure staging checks before every single release.

Problem 03

Many people at BAADER and Klarkode work simultaneously on the same platform and require different access rights without getting in each other's way or accidentally changing content that belongs to other divisions.

Lösung 03

Custom roles in Webflow Enterprise assign granular editor permissions per collection. Each team member only sees and edits the areas they are responsible for, keeping parallel work efficient and ruling out errors caused by unintended changes.

Problem 04

A constantly growing content volume with over 630 pages and numerous products, media, and events poses risks to the quality, performance, and consistency of the website if the underlying structures do not scale with it.

Lösung 04

CMS scaling beyond standard limits and continuous monitoring safeguard quality over the long term. Structures grow with the content, issues are detected early, and the platform remains stable and performant even after four years of ongoing development.

The four previously separate divisions Fish, Poultry, BAADERING Technology, and Corporate were consolidated into one shared Webflow Enterprise project with a unified CMS structure. Visitors find all solutions and services under a single domain, the team maintains content in just one place, and the brand presence appears consistent and professional across every division.

BAADER: Webflow Enterprise Relaunch & Maintenance

The CMS structures were extended beyond Webflow's standard limits so that products, media, events, and trainings live in shared collections across the group and remain scalable. New products or events can be created without development effort, appear automatically in the relevant divisions, and keep the platform clear and organized even as its scope continues to grow.

Custom roles and permissions allow the BAADER and Klarkode teams to work in parallel within the same project without compromising live operations. Editors receive targeted access to the collections they are responsible for, while page branching and selective publishing ensure that changes only go live in a controlled way after being reviewed in staging.

BAADER: Webflow Enterprise Relaunch & Maintenance

We merged the four divisions into a central Webflow Enterprise website with a unified CMS structure. The CMS collections for products, media, events, and trainings were built to be shared group-wide and to scale beyond Webflow's standard limits. Since then, the BAADER and Klarkode teams have worked in parallel on the same platform: custom roles assign granular editor permissions per collection, page branching enables staging checks before every release, and selective publishing brings individual pages live without republishing the entire site. Over four years, we have continuously extended the platform during live operations, integrated new sections, and safeguarded quality through monitoring. Today, a single project with over 630 pages bundles the group's entire web presence, remains stably scalable, and can be maintained safely and efficiently by multiple teams.
