Redesign and relaunch of the Spobis job board platform by combining Webflow as the frontend and Bubble.io as the backend. In three months of system development, a modern low-code system was created in which employers create, publish, and manage their job postings 100% in self-service. An intuitive dashboard and a new job posting form guide users through the entire process without the Spobis team having to step in. Complemented by CRM and email marketing integrations with a total of five connected platforms, manual processes around publishing, maintenance, and communication were fully automated. The redesigned user experience significantly improves the platform for employers and job seekers alike and creates the technical foundation on which the platform can continue to grow without additional manual effort.

The existing Spobis job board platform offered significant potential for optimization. Publishing and maintaining job postings required numerous manual processes: postings had to be created, reviewed, and published by the team and edited again with every change. Employers could not manage their job offers independently and depended on the Spobis team at every step. This led to long turnaround times, high internal effort, and inefficiencies in daily work. With every additional job posting, the manual workload grew as well, so the platform increasingly tied up the team and hindered rapid growth instead of enabling it. The connected systems for CRM and email marketing were also not integrated into the process, and data had to be transferred by hand. A self-service solution in which employers manage their postings themselves and core processes run automatically was urgently needed.

Maintaining job postings involved many manual, time-consuming processes: every posting had to be created, reviewed, and published by the Spobis team and edited again whenever something changed. With every new posting, the internal workload grew as well.
Webflow as the frontend and Bubble.io as the backend enable fully automated job management. Postings are created, published, and updated directly on the platform without the team having to intervene. This keeps the effort constant even as the number of postings grows.
Employers could not manage their job postings independently and depended on the Spobis team for every creation, change, or deactivation. This led to waiting times and inefficiencies on both sides.

Concept and UX/UI: We analyzed the existing platform and redesigned the user flow from the ground up so that employers can manage their job postings intuitively and without support. The new job posting form and the dashboard guide users step by step through creation, editing, and publishing, making self-service the standard for every employer on the platform.
Technical implementation: The platform was built as a low-code system with Webflow as the frontend and Bubble.io as the backend, including all self-service features for employers. In three months of system development, a modern job board emerged that manages postings automatically and scales without additional manual effort from the Spobis team.
Integrations: CRM and email marketing systems were connected to the platform, with a total of five platforms integrated. Data flows automatically between job board, CRM, and email marketing, eliminating manual transfers, keeping employers informed promptly, and giving the Spobis team a complete overview of all postings and contacts at all times.
