Even without active development projects, your website benefits from regular care: Webflow regularly releases platform updates, content needs to be kept current, performance checks safeguard your load times, and small bugs can easily go unnoticed without a maintenance plan. With a maintenance package, your website stays in top shape at all times.
Depending on your package, communication happens via request form (Starter), through our ticket board (Business & Growth), or directly via a Teams or Slack channel (Growth). You always have a transparent overview of the status of your requests – no back and forth, no chasing needed.
Through your support package, you can request all kinds of tasks: text changes, new sections or subpages, bug fixes, CMS adjustments, performance optimizations, form updates, SEO tweaks, new animations, and much more. Anything that improves your Webflow website is fair game.
Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. We therefore recommend collecting your requests early and submitting them in order of priority. If you consistently find yourself using too many or too few hours, we’ll help you find the right package.
The Starter package runs on a monthly basis and can be adjusted flexibly. The Business and Growth packages are designed for 12-month engagements, as this allows us to collaborate most effectively and deliver lasting results. Feel free to reach out if your requirements change.
It depends on your chosen package. In the Starter package, the average turnaround time is 5 business days. With the Business package, we deliver in around 48 hours, and with the Growth package in as little as 24 hours. The Growth package also comes with a guaranteed response time of 12 hours.
With a new project, we build your website from scratch. Maintenance, on the other hand, means we continuously look after your existing Webflow website – applying updates, keeping content fresh, adding new sections, and resolving technical issues. It’s all about keeping your website at a consistently high standard over time.
Our maintenance packages include regular content and design updates, bug fixes, performance optimizations, Webflow version updates, and monitoring your website for errors and downtime. Depending on your chosen package, you also get access to our ticket board, a dedicated project manager, and prioritized turnaround times.
