Tasks

Together with our team, you are responsible for the timely implementation of the project and the overall quality of the project. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing project teams — You actively manage projects from start to finish and manage your project team
• Communication with stakeholders — Instead of just keeping customers informed, you're always striving to add value and advise customers. You have an open ear for your team and find solutions quickly
• Anticipate problems — You constantly check the status quo and results and compare them with the timeline. You anticipate problems and have a repertoire of countermeasures up your sleeve in case problems arise.

Requirements

Here are the soft requirements that we recommend to get started with Klarkode:

• Experience with digital projects — You have already supervised several digital projects from start to finish
• Agility is your passion — you are familiar with agile project management, ticketing and common tools such as JIRA, ClickUp or Miro
• Organizational talent — You easily organize and schedule events
• Quick solution finding — You are goal-oriented and have solid communication skills
• Language skills: Fluent written and spoken German (C1 level or mother tongue) required
