Tasks

We are looking for someone to support our team in designing and implementing sophisticated design projects. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator is expected. The most important thing is that you have a feel for user-centered design and want to create innovative digital experiences. Your responsibilities generally include:

• Design digital experiences — You develop intuitive and appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications in close collaboration with project colleagues and developers.
• Create user-centered solutions — One of our core values is to always maximize added value for the user. This means that you not only create designs, but also actively advise customers to find the best solution for their needs.
• Promote internal standards — With the goal of becoming Europe's leading low-code powerhouse, we are also optimizing our internal processes and products. You contribute to the development and improvement of internal design standards and guidelines and help you implement your own design ideas — from conception to implementation.

Requirements

Below are the soft requirements that we recommend to get started as a freelance UI/UX designer (m/f/d) with plain code:

• Design expertise — You have extensive experience creating digital designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator. Ideally, you have completed design courses or workshops that have deepened your knowledge of UI/UX.
• Creative solution finding — You think in a user-centered way, are goal-oriented and have strong communication skills to present your design ideas convincingly.
• Agile way of working — You know how to work together effectively in digital projects and have ideally already worked with agile principles such as Scrum or Kanban.
